2. Uso del sito. Le informazioni sul sito, compresi gli annunci, hanno scopo informativo. Non sono un’offerta contrattuale e possono cambiare senza preavviso. Prezzi, misure e caratteristiche degli immobili vanno sempre confermati con l’agenzia. Testi, foto e grafiche appartengono a Keyspace o ai rispettivi autori: non si possono copiare per usi commerciali senza permesso.

3. Strumenti interni collegati ai social. Keyspace usa strumenti interni collegati ai propri account Facebook, Instagram e LinkedIn, fra cui l’app «Keyspace Engagement».

• Questi strumenti sono usati solo dai collaboratori di Keyspace e non sono offerti a utenti esterni: nessuno può registrarsi o usarli al di fuori dell’agenzia.
• Servono a leggere contenuti pubblici, a gestire i commenti sotto i nostri post e a preparare commenti che i collaboratori pubblicano a mano.
• L’uso dei dati è descritto nella Privacy policy, sezione 15.

4. Servizi dell’agenzia. Valutazioni, incarichi di mediazione e ogni altro servizio sono regolati dai contratti firmati con il cliente. Questi termini non li sostituiscono.

5. Responsabilità. Curiamo il sito con attenzione, ma non possiamo garantire che sia sempre disponibile o privo di errori. Non rispondiamo dei contenuti di siti esterni collegati, compresi i social network.

6. Modifiche. Possiamo aggiornare questi termini. La data in cima indica l’ultima versione.

7. Legge e foro. Si applica la legge italiana. Per i consumatori resta il foro previsto dalla legge.

1. Who we are. Keyspace is the real-estate agency of Franca Barban, based in Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza, Italy). Contact: [email protected]. The website keyspace.group presents the agency, its properties and its services.

2. Use of the website. Information on the website, including property listings, is provided for information only. It is not a contractual offer and may change without notice. Prices, sizes and features of properties must always be confirmed with the agency. Texts, photos and graphics belong to Keyspace or to their authors and may not be copied for commercial purposes without permission.

3. Internal tools connected to social networks. Keyspace uses internal tools connected to its own Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, including the app “Keyspace Engagement”.

• These tools are used only by Keyspace staff and are not offered to external users: no one outside the agency can sign up for or use them.
• They are used to read public content, to manage comments under our own posts and to prepare comments that staff publish manually.
• Data use is described in the Privacy Policy, section 15.

4. Agency services. Valuations, brokerage mandates and any other services are governed by the contracts signed with the client. These terms do not replace them.

5. Liability. We take care of the website but cannot guarantee that it is always available or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of linked external websites, including social networks.

6. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

7. Governing law. Italian law applies. For consumers, the court provided by law remains competent.
